Use of Natural Energy

Solar power generation systems have been installed on the roofs of the parking lot and bicycle parking lot.
The electricity generated from this system is supplied to the plant.
Electric vehicles have also been introduced, which will be used as emergency power sources and to raise environmental awareness.

※The facility owner provides the space, and the management company installs the equipment and supplies the electricity generated.

Promoting Recycling

We reuse effluent and waste oil from the factories, collect and recycle leftover wood chips, and recycle heat generated during production process.

Examples of Initiatives in the Manufacturing Area

Initiatives in the manufacturing area include achieving greater production efficiency through deploying highly efficient machinery and equipment and reviewing the processes for improvement as well as reducing loss and waste.

Reducing the amount of water used for water leak testing and the amount discarded

Water used for water leak testing in the silencer assembly line became dirty quickly, and it was necessary to change large quantities of water once every month. We endeavored to reduce the amount of water discarded by deploying new equipment into the silencer assembly line in October 2019 so the testing could be completed using a single machine rather than two.
