We reuse effluent and waste oil from the factories, collect and recycle leftover wood chips, and recycle heat generated during production process.
Initiatives in the manufacturing area include achieving greater production efficiency through deploying highly efficient machinery and equipment and reviewing the processes for improvement as well as reducing loss and waste.
Water used for water leak testing in the silencer assembly line became dirty quickly, and it was necessary to change large quantities of water once every month. We endeavored to reduce the amount of water discarded by deploying new equipment into the silencer assembly line in October 2019 so the testing could be completed using a single machine rather than two.
