Based on Yutaka's unique production line concept, pipes are processed in an integrated manner in labor-saving, automated production lines, from cutting of raw pipes to fixed lengths to completion of pipe products.

Yutaka's proprietary bender provides enhanced material yield and productivity.

Yutaka's canning technology

Yutaka's canning technology is available with round carriers of small to large diameters, has enabled random production, instead of rather than lot production, with a constant surface pressure.
Also, this is available to hold thin-wall carriers, which is difficult with conventional technologies.

Spinning

With its special forming methods, Yutaka can form complex forms, manage wall thicknesses, and provide a wide range of forming variations that other businesses do not offer.
Clamping technique can be applied to catalysts with thin-wall, multi-hole cells to hold varied shrink cases, as well as to achieve unique segmentation design and load control.
